Rediscovering Joy – Expressing Grief Through Creation
In this episode, I discuss how to embrace the messiness of grief, recognising that everyone's journey is different. Even during the darkest moments, there are still glimpses of joy. I believe acts of creation, like dancing and cooking, can help us express and process grief in ways words cannot.
